NASCAR Hauler Driver

Requirements: 

    • Valid CDL, Pass DOT physical & drug screen

    • Experience with Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) for DOT compliance

    • Touring Experience preferred

    • Professional appearance and demeaner

    • Sponsor friendly

    • Team oriented

    • Mechanically inclined

    • Clean driving record

    • Minimum 3 years full-time tractor trailer driver
        • Minimum 2 years NASCAR hauler driver experience

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

      • Safely transporting race cars and equipment to/from races

      • Load and unload race cars and equipment at each race site 

      • Manage hauler maintenance and travel logs

      • Maintain hauler appearance to TRICON standards

    • Perform all duties in accordance with company policy and as requested by the Crew Chief and/or Transportation Director  
 
 


General Mechanic

Requirements: 

Summary: TRICON Garage is looking for a skilled, versatile and experienced road mechanic to join it’s race winning organization. The position will be headquartered at the team’s Mooresville, NC location but will travel across the NASCAR Truck Series 25 race calendar — responsible for NASCAR truck preparation, tear down and implementing necessary changes when instructed.

Responsibilities:

    • Execute maintenance and performance development to the car as directed by the Crew Chief

    • Ensure successful race truck preparation for optimal at-track performance

    • Measure references on the vehicle for analysis by team engineers and Crew Chief

    • In depth understanding of front-end components and own the maintenance and quality of all items

    • Assist crew in all aspects of work done to the vehicle on a race weekend

    • Develop and execute ideas that will increase truck performance, efficiency and reliability

Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years experience in NASCAR, IndyCar, Sports Car Racing or high-level grassroots motorsports

    • Complete knowledge of the NASCAR rulebook

    • Demonstrate a strong understanding of safety and set-up mechanisms for relevant truck components

    • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-paced environment

Travel Demands:

This position will travel across the 25 race NASCAR Truck Series season schedule. Air travel, hotel accommodations and per diem are the responsibility of TRICON Garage and air travel will primarily be via private aircraft.
