Body Shop Technician
As a NASCAR Race Truck Paint and Body technician, you will work closely with the competition group and race teams to paint, bondo and sand, as well as repair racecar components and equipment as required. Your role is essential to ensuring the racecars are completed to specifications outlined and able to perform at the highest level during NASCAR events.

Responsibilities:

- Perform bondo application and sanding of body seams and components to modify NASCAR racecars according to team specifications and NASCAR regulations.
- Perform custom paint work of chassis and components to meet the standards of the team specifications.
- Assist in any needs outlined by managers and competition group for the paint and body department.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to all safety procedures.
- Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and modifications to existing race cars.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in race car paint and body, preferably in NASCAR or a similar motorsport.
- Proficiency in using body tools such as grinders, sanders, and paint equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, when required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a high-performance racing environment.
- Experience with composite materials and fabrication techniques.
- Understanding of fabrication in motorsports.
